If you'd still like to cancel, you can also cancel directly on your dashboard. Just go to your dashboard and select My Profile -> Billing. On the billing page you can hover over the active account you'd like to cancel and click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side. At that time, you will be able to select 'cancel subscription' and the reason you'd like to cancel. Once completed, you'll see a screen confirming the last day the account will be open and you're all set.
