How do I cancel my Trading Combine subscription?

If you'd like to cancel your Trading Combine at the end of your current billing cycle, you can do so directly from your Dashboard.

  • Head to your Dashboard -> My Profile -> Billing -> and hover over the active account you'd like to cancel

  • Click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side

  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and the reason you'd like to cancel

  • You'll see a screen confirming the last day the account will be open and you're all set.

If you prefer to have the Trading Combine close immediately, you will follow the same instructions, but instead of selecting "Cancel Subscription" you can select "Cancel & Close Immediately" which will immediately close the Trading Combine and remove it from your Dashboard in addition to canceling your subscription.

Please keep in mind that:

  • The "Cancel Subscription" option will not prevent you from resetting an account. You will still be able to reset a canceled Trading Combine until the billing cycle is over and the account is closed. Once complete, your screen will confirm the last day the account will be open.

  • Canceled subscriptions are not eligible to receive the Reset-at-Rebill.
