If you are having issues hearing the broadcast please make the following questions will help you troubleshoot any issues:
- Can you hear other audio on your computer?
- If you cannot then you may need to turn your computer's sound on.
- Is it a weekday between 7 AM CT - 12 PM CT?
- Since the broadcast is only run during these times you may not hear anything if listening at another time of day.
- Which Browser are you using?
- Google Chrome has been shown to be the most effective to listen to the broadcast.
- If you are using another browser please try Google Chrome.
- Have you cleared your browser history and cache?
- Not doing this can result in issues.
- You can find how to clear your cache for almost any browser here.
- Have you restarted your computer lately?
- Restarting your computer can often fix issues in this situation.
